I was lucky enough to get into both schools with a 20k scholarship at foster and 15 at McCombs.
I'm international without a perminent work permit. I have been told that the visas situation post mba only get worse every year and am afraid I'll be left with no working visa and a huge loan. In my country the salaries are not even close to those in the US so without a few years of work in the US I won't be able to pay my loan. There is a risk in everything, I know but I start get the feeling the risk here is huge. I also read somewhere that many big companies stopped sponsor international graduates that makes my situation even worse.

Opinions anyone?

I would reach out to international students on campus and the career center for more on the ground insight at these schools. Many tech firms still sponsor so depending on what your interest is in this area, this may be an option given the relationship both these schools have with tech recruiters

I think the Foster route should be explored more in your situation, if only for the chance to work at Amazon. They have a good history of sponsoring internationals, they're in Seattle and bonus round: they're building a send HQ in the next year or so. That's going to require hiring 50k new workers. It might mean working somewhere you don't enjoy as much until you pay off your debt but it would be a good foot in the door.

Yes you'll have to hustle and work hard and yes it's not a guarantee that anyone from Foster will 100% be hired, but I think all of those factors give you the best odds.
