First of all, I really appreciate your hard work in putting these together. PiyushK
I saw that these were posted in Aug'14. Is it a good idea to attempt all these RCs now before I even attempt any of the GMAT prep tests? I'm not sure whether the prep tests have been updated with the new RCs since its been exactly(or maybe more than) two years since these were posted.

And how soon they get updated? Does anyone know about it?

I would say do not attempt these RCs before the prep test. I would suggest you solve these passages few days before your exam. This collection can help you cover things that prep test skips or does not include in a question set. Further, GMAT does not revise its question bank frequently. I think last year, after 4 or 5 years, GMAT released some new questions. I hope it helps.

We do have passages from current GMAT Preps in the current list.

It's better to give Mock exams first and then attempt these passages.
