P1 - All material bodies are divisible into parts
P2 - Everything divisible is imperfect.
C1 - All material bodies are imperfect
C2 - The spirit is not a material body.
For the last to be always true i.e. for the spirit to be a non-material body, it has to be assumed that spirit is perfect.
Since if a spirit is divisible or it is imperfect then it might fall under Material body category but if it is assumed that Spirit is a perfect then it can be safely concluded that it is certainly not a material body because none of the Material bodies fall under Perfect category.
Divisible Set = (All Material Bodies, others)
Imperfect Set = (Divisible, Indivisible)
Overall Set = (Imperfect, Perfect)
Answer - D
