Hello Scott,
First of all, thank you so much for responding. I will give you a bit of context.
I have only taken one mock exam, and I did it on the first day of studying. I did not know how many sections there were or what RC and CR were. Basically, I had no idea about anything, but I wanted to know my starting point.
My results were very humbling (I expected a way better score). Here is a breakdown of my results.
Total score: 425 (10% percentile). With the following breakdown:
Q79 (59th percentile), V74 (14th percentile) DI (60 , 4th percentile), . However, there are a few things to keep in mind.
- Although I did horribly in verbal reasoning, these were my percentiles in performance by question types (photo)—they are pretty solid. The thing is, I left 3 blank because of the time, so I think that is why my score dropped so much.
- The same happened in DI - I left five blank questions because of time. Because I was not familiar with each question tipe I was very slow.

Going back to my TTP diagnostic results (btw it was for Expert+ - my target score is a 705)-, I am quite happy that I have dropped my time per question a lot, which was my main flaw in the first mock, especially in DI. Getting used to the type of questions was key. However, I am a bit worried that after a month of studying, I have not gotten that much better in verbal and quant - that is why i was looking for a "comparison" between the mock and the ttp diagnostic. I completely understand that they do not measure the same thing - as the website says, it is only to test preparedness, but to see if my sensations matched with what experts say, I posted the question. What "kind of" reassures me is that the question types in quant that I missed are the ones that I have not yet studied, and is exactly what I will be doing before next Thursday which is when I plan to take the second mock.
Sorry for the post being a bit long. Any comments about my preparation are welcome, if I should not do the mock next Thursday, or any suggestions about it... My plan is to take the exam in one month and three days. I do not know if it is realistic thought.

Hi, after one month preparing for the GMAT i have done the
TTP diagnostic exams with the following results.

I was wondering the following:
1) Does anybody know aproximately what would my GMAT score would be based of off this?
2) My obvious next steps are to drill harder the quant section focusing on rate, work probability and coordinate geometry problems. And practice only RC and not so much CR. Is this okay? Or does anybody have any other insight that could help me out to prepare whats left of my preparation.
Thank you all so much for reading!

I have an important question. Do you have a current GMAT score?
