As stated in the subject, I graduated in 2019 and have exactly 2 years (24 months) of full time work ex in business consulting at EY India. The website states that you must have graduated within the last 2 years to apply however that would mean I am a year too late for this.
If it is relevant, I started my education one year early (graduating when I was 20) and am 22 yo right now. I will be 23 in August '22 which appears to fit the intended class profile. However will my application be summarily rejected because I graduated 3 years ago? I have a Gmat of 720 and a GPA of 3.6
If anyone has any experience surrounding this subject it would be much appreciated

I would suggest writing to the school directly to clear your doubt. It would be the most reliable source of information. If I'm not wrong, they will review your profile as well.
Hello, Krao99. Why not contact the school and ask directly? You will be sure to get a response that is on point, and it will give you peace of mind. If anyone from the forum can add anything, so much the better, but there is nothing like going to the source. (I suspect your application would be viewed in the same way as that of someone who graduated within the two-year timeframe. What a silly stipulation.)
Thanks for the replies guys. I made the post only after asking this very question to the admissions team and receiving a response in the negative. Wanted to make sure the response to this was consistent is all.
Turns out the program is only open to you if you graduate in 2020 or after. Confirmed this right now in their MIM information session.
As mentioned above, yes indeed it is quite a strange stipulation and I wonder what the rationale is behind it

Well, Krao99, that just sounds ludicrous to me. I can only suppose that the program is in high demand within the target demographic: enough recent graduates apply in each cycle for the program to be able to turn away those who graduated earlier. If anyone has insight into the matter, I imagine it would be bb. I wonder if there are other programs with such strict cutoffs.
In any case, I hope you have a backup plan in place. Keep us posted.
So just to add some closure to this thread, I did not fill in an application for LBS due to the rule, however got admits into the ESSEC MIM Grande Ecole and the HSG SIM programme. Went with the latter. All the best to everyone applying for masters programs!
