Hi again Ajitesh,
I apologize for the lateness of this question, but unfortunately I just thought of it:
Do the
GMAT keyboard shortcuts (
tab to scroll down vertically through answers, space to select an answer, alt-N for "Next," alt-Y for "Yes," alt-N for "No") still function during the test-center GMAT Focus—or are these shortcuts no longer an option?
I ask because one of my students recently had trouble getting his mouse to work correctly during his real GMF exam, and using the keyboard shortcuts would have circumvented the problem.
I am aware that the shortcuts don't currently work on the current official GMAT Classic practice tests—but
some of them (Alt-N and Alt-Y) do work on the GMAT Focus Official Practice Tests, so I just wanted to confirm that these shortcuts work on the real GMAT Focus, too.
The keyboard shortcuts did function on the old GMATPrep software, as they currently do on the test-center GMAT classic—but the jury is still out regarding how well they might work the GMAT Focus.
However, given the fact that the
Alt-Y and
Alt-N keyboard shortcuts function on the
GMAT Focus official practice exams, it seems likely that they will work on the real exam as well.
Thanks,
Brian
