Between - Comparision between two things, - Comparative should be used.
Among - More than two - Superlative should be used
E is the answer.

Among should be between - So eliminate A ,C,D .
B. Between my two brothers, Elliot is the tallest.
tallest is not the comparative word , it should be taller - Eliminate
C. Among my two brothers, Elliot is tall.
D. Among my two brothers, Elliot is the taller.
E. Between my two brothers, Elliot is the taller - Correct
