PQ+RQ+SR = m+26+n = 26 + (m+n)
In order to answer the question "is PQ+RQ+SR odd", we just need to know whether (m+n) is odd.
(1)Only
m+n+69 is odd
=> m+n is even.
Sufficient. The answer is "No".
(2)Only
m+26+69 is even
m + 95 is even
So m is odd.
But we do not know whether n is odd.
Not sufficient.
The answer is thus (A).
PQ+RQ+SR = m+26+n = 26 + (m+n)

=PQ+RQ+SR
=m+26+69
= m + odd (m has to be even to get the sum odd)
is m even?
1) m+n+n=odd
m + 2n = odd, meaning m has to be odd, because n cannot be odd.
therefore answer is no - m is not even. Sufficient
2) m + 26 + n = even
m+n can be either odd+odd or even+even. Insufficient.
