Hi,
I'm an international applicant looking to do an MBA from the US (after 2 years) and then work there for a few years. I was just eye-balling MBA programs at business-schoolsfindthebest and noticed that the following programs had a relatively high starting post-grad salary and with a relatively low average GMAT score:
Rutgers Camden School of Business Rutgers University - Camden (RU), $108,982, 644
Foster School of Business University of Washington ,$96,814, 670
Smeal College of Business Pennsylvania State University (PSU), $96,349, 645
Orfalea College of Business California Polytechnic State University - San Luis Obispo, $95000, 610
Connecticut School of Business University of Connecticut (UConn), $90,313, 654
F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business Babson College, $89,742, 618
UT Knoxville Business School The University of Tennessee (UT), $89,740, 608
Can anyone explain these anomalies?

I would cross check that with the US news information to make sure it is accurate. That's the first step.
Second, it often depends where the grads eve up - eg NYC vs. Detroit since salaries in those two cities would differ quite a bit (check NYU).
Third, again would check the data and make sure the bonuses were not mixed in there as I am surprised to see that for UT Knoxville and San Luis Obispo

Here is a current stats info Based on US News (starting Salary and Bonus) - see below (it is pretty logical though I can see quite a few jumps - e.g. University of Arkansas with average GMAT of 645 and starting salary of $65K but that's because they have fewer than 40 students per year). I think it is "normal" I don't see any abnormality.
