Application DeGroote Writing Sample requirements

Question

I was filling out the application for FT MBA DeGroote. The documents required are:
1. A Statement of Interest
2. Resume or CV
3. Unofficial transcripts and test scores
4. Writing Sample

What are the requirements for writing sample? How is it different form Statement of Interest.

You don't need either one of them. You just have to answer the 5 questions in the Questions section. I thought there was just one question in the question section "Where else are you applying?" but there is a right arrow which you need to click to see the next couple of questions. 
Here is the reply I got from them when I asked the same question you are asking:
"We do not require a letter of interest or a writing sample. We do require you to answer the questions in the online application"

You can use your previous assignment / essay in Undergrad to submit as the required Writing Sample.

if you read the instructions carefully, it says those are some sample documents that may be required. if you scroll down, it will say this specific program requires the following:

Resume or CV

so you only need to upload your resume

Thanks a lot guys for your help. I am not uploading any writing sample, the common required documents statement made me think that it may be a mandatory document.
