Hello, I have 10 years of experience across public markets, private equity and technology. I am looking for advice regarding EMBA from top US B Schools. I have more than 4.5 years of international experience but I want to try and move to developed markets. Please let me know if you have any advice for me. I can get up to 750 on the GMAT. Extracurriculars are okay but not great. Have significant investing experience across global financial markets. Very little volunteer experience due to hectic work.

WELL, most top MBAs can lead to the same careers (and the same salaries) I just spoke to a client of mine from 2 years ago, he just graduated from Kellogg and joining Google, and on his team (product management, cloud services) there are 19 MBAs from 15 schools .... and all making the same salary...

so, 1. we have a dedicated EMBA team that works with about 25-30 EMBA candidates each year!
2. your profile sounds great! for EMBAs, the GMAT and extracurricular activities are less important...
3. for EMBAs, you won’t need to do the GMAT. ALL accept the EA, some don’t require anything...

Each of the top Canadian MBA programs has good marketing courses (Rotman, Schulich, Queen’s, Ivey, McGill, Sauder...)

I’ve 4 study visa rejections from Canada. Applied in low grade university earlier. But this time I am appearing for gmat. My current score in mock is 700+. Will the study visa rejections be hindrance in the next attempt? Or shall I go for UK?

The top schools in EU are usually considered to be: LBS, Oxford, Cambridge, INSEAD, HEC, IESE, ESADE, IE, IMD...
and yes, you can land "the same job" and at a very similar salary to the US schools...

Earlier I applied in thompsons River University for the sake of pursuing pg diploma in marketing and landed with 4 visa refusals stating that I have achieved enough and this course is just an excuse for coming to canada. Now, I’m going for gmat and sure about getting 700+ based on performance in mocks. I’ve travel history after rejections. Would these changes in profile help me with the visa?
