Hello Simba,
I am not sure how much help I can be, but I found this GRE to GMAT conversation calculator.

This can help you gauge what kind of score you should be aiming for as well as the Q/V split you have asked about. I’m not sure how GRE scores are perceived relative to GMAT scores, but I assume it is in the same ball park. If you are aiming for Kellogg, their average GMAT floats around 720 so it seems like that would be around 328-330 for GRE scores. Of course look at the Q/V split since you don’t want either to be too low in their percentiles.

The GRE is so common now in MBA admissions (with 10-20% of applicants using it at each school) that it is really at no disadvantage. Kellogg in particular seems to take a more holistic view of the applicant so don't stress too much about your score in the application as it is likely a necessary but not sufficient element. Anything above 700 for the GMAT or the 80th percentile for the GRE should be good enough. The harder work will be in crafting the right narrative. (click to see this post I wrote on this topic)
