i know if the triangle has 1 side as a circle's diameter, and a 90 degrees, then i can use thale's theorem. but i'm wondering if the opposite also work
if i know a triangle inside a circle is 90%, does that mean 1 of it's sides is the diameter?
also wondering, if a triangle has it's sides ratio as 3,4,5, or 5,12,13, does that mean the triangle is 90 degrees?

Yes. One of the sides will be the diameter if all the points lie on the circumference of the circle.
Yes. 3x:4x:5x or 5x:12x:13x triangles are Pythagorean triplets and are right triangles.
