We need to know the number of folks who support social media advertising from both the groups.

We don't have any numbers
We just know of the 45% supporting A, 58% support heavy social media advertising. Which gives effect % but we don't have the total

But we don't know how many of those supporting A also support social media advertising and have no relation to calculate the same

No. of adv in social media (HASM) ?

(1) Of the supporters of Idea A, 58 percent are in favor of advertising heavily in social media.
This only gives partial number of HASM = .58*.45*T, but no info about HASM in group B

(2) Of the supporters of Idea B, 22 are in favor of advertising heavily in social media.

This gives HASM in group B = 22

(1) and (2)
This only gives total HASM = .58*.45*T + 22

But as total number of Board Numbers is not known
 Hence in sufficient
