Are there any advantages of being in a LDR for 2 years? I'm trying to see what benefits there are, if not, I guess it's better if I end it....

Agree with Jerz's post. Is the person you'll be in the LDR with someone you care about, and someone you can see yourself being with for the long term ? An LDR isnt easy, but it has its benefits.

I myself will be in an LDR, but we know what we are both getting into, and while we wont know exactly how its going to be until I go away, I think we're both level headed people and will be able to handle it. Plus, we've been doing LD since the beginning, so we already have some experience :)

Truth is MBA is a stress test for any relationship. I have seen a tremendous number of relationships break up - most of them in the first semester! There's even been a divorce in my class.

It is not easy.
