Thank you all for the insightful comments!
To your questions bb, indeed my goal is a mix of these:
1) I want to develop my entrepreneurship skills and get exposed to startups - from what I have heard and researched both programs are amazing in this
2) I want to deepen my healthcare knowledge - MPH and Sloan Healthcare certificate are both great
3) I would love to meet potential co-founders
4) I aim to have a long-term network, as well as a great brand on my CV - again, MIT is really strong in Europe but the MPH would also give a lot of credibility
And last, but not least, I want to have fun

Re debt, good point, although Haas did offer me a significant scholarship so that would still make that the cheaper option.
supercorn1: this is very valid. On the other hand, I know the MBA/MPH students get a lot of help in connecting with Bay Area biotech/medtech/health tech startups.
I'd appreciate more viewpoints/experience from others too!
