Best country to do MBA in current world economic crisis ?

Hello,
I have around 8 years exp. in IT, 3 years in India and 5 years in USA. Currently, I am working as Project Manager in Fortune 500 company. Now I feel that I need MBA to climb up the corporate ladder.
Reg. career goals, I am looking for general management roles in IT industry. Functions in IT management would be operations/Audit/new business. Role areas : sales/project management/Corporate Audit/Business Development etc. Dream Company would be Google/IBM.

I am an Indian. I would appreciate to get other views on "which country outside India would be best to do MBA in terms of Tuition fees, ROI, Visa, Better job perspectives in current world economic turmoil".

I have gathered some information but can't rely on it totally. Here is the summary:

USA : Best in education but Visa (H1-B)/Job market for international students getting worse these days
UK : Another good country in terms of education but Visa regulations even tougher.
Canada : Good in education but Job market is not that good
Australia : ok in education but Job market not that good for MBAs, It's good for IT professionals.
Singapore/HongKong : good in education but job market is good for Finance not for General management roles in IT industry.
China : Ok in education, best Job market but Language is a problem.

Please let me know if any other information is required to answer my query. This topic may have been discussed previously but I couldn't find that post and hence post it here.

Your analysis is right on. I can provide a perspective for US and China.

USA:  For general management roles, it is more difficult to get sponsorship because it is hard for the company to prove to the US government that they can't not find a more qualified American to do the same job. However, that is more true in the traditional industries. Tech companies do sponsor H1-B visas, so I think you will have less of a problem there. I know IBM and Google both sponsors.

China:  The language issue is not a problem if you are recruiting for the multi-national corporations. Recruiting for the multi-nationals does narrow down your search a bit. However, there are still plenty of opportunities, as the economy is growing rapidly and there is a huge demand for MBA. I feel that the education at CEIBS is on par with the top 25-40 US b-schools.

The ease of obtaining a job in US and China for international students are about the same. I would even speculate that it may be slightly easier in China, because the demand is so high.
  The post-MBA salary in the US is about 1.5-2.5X times higher than China's, currently. As you know, the wages are increasing at a rapid rate in China, and the Chinese Yuan is getting much stronger, thus the gap is constantly closing.
  The caution is that the work load is higher in China (emerging market in general). I believe that the career progression is potentially better because as Chinese companies are expanding and going more global, senior level positions are opening up. The pipeline just isn't there.

UK has strict visa rules, but it is much easier if your MBA is from a British school AND you find your job while a student.

Canada has arguably the best immigration rules of the countries you mentioned.
