gmatclub itself is a great free resource. The question bank and posts that provide insight about the answer choices. Would suggest you to purchase the Official Mocks 1-6 and the Official Guides.

Hi NehaNaik321,

To start, many GMATers spend 3 months (or more) of consistent study time before they hit their 'peak' scores, so if you are planning to study for just 2 months, then there might be a limit to how high you will be able to score.

Since it sounds like you're just beginning your studies, then it would be a good idea to take a FULL-LENGTH practice CAT Test; you can access 2 for free at www.mba.com (and they come with some additional practice materials). If you want to do a little studying first, so that you can familiarize yourself with the basic content and question types, then that's okay - but you shouldn't wait too long to take that initial CAT. That score will give us a good sense of your natural strengths and weaknesses and will help provide a basis for comparison as you continue to study. A FULL CAT takes about 3.5 hours to complete, so make sure that you've set aside enough time to take it in one sitting. Once you have that Score, you should report back here and we can come up with a study plan.

I'd like to know a bit more about your timeline and goals:
1) What is your goal score?
2) When are you planning to apply to Business School and what Schools are you planning to apply to?

GMAT assassins aren't born, they're made,
Rich

Hi NehaNaik321,
Free resources can help one when one is done with the concepts required for the test. Manhattan prep strategy guides are the best resources for concepts.

The best free resources for quant: https://gmatquantum.com/official-guides ... at-videos/

Good Luck!

Hi!

As others have already mentioned, it is very important to understand where you stand right now by taking a mock test on mba.com before deciding on what strategy to follow.

There are a number of good free resources available online like the Manhattan booklets, Powerscore, etc.

However, if you want a more structured approach to your preparation and find it difficult to jump from one material to the other, you should definitely check out Target Test Prep. They prepare the plan for you, all you have to do is religiously follow the study plan. The course is so detailed that all your concepts will be crystal clear once you are through the course. They offer the best value for your investment in terms of the content provided. You will not regret it. You can take a 1-week trial and decide for yourself.

For mocks, sticking to the official mocks on mba.com would be a good idea.

Hope this helps.

Regarding prep courses, in addition to seeking advice in this thread, take a look at the GMAT Club reviews for the best quant and verbal courses, and also read through some GMAT success stories to see what materials have worked well for other test-takers.

You also may find it helpful to read this article about how to score a 700+ on the GMAT.

Good luck!
