Could someone suggest worthwhile colleges to apply to for students with GMAT Score in the range of 670 to 700?

Work experience: 2.5 years (2 years - management consulting)
Desired Region: Asia, Europe

That question is difficult to answer as it is pretty broad.

If you could provide some additional information (Desired region, focus, work experience) the users would have an easier time giving you recommendations. ;)
As the GMAT is only one part of your application, it is difficult to just recommend schools based on that scoring range alone.

Alright, I´ll try to give my two cents mostly concerning Europe as I just do not really know B-Schools in Asia aside from Insead, CEIBS and NTU.

Concerning Europe, the typical names that would pop into my mind when it comes to B-Schools for consulting would be Judge, LBS, and of course Instead.
However, there is also a range of schools with more manageable GMAT scores such as ESADE, Bocconi, Mannheim and St. Gallen.

In general, you should also consider the opportunities in the respective country in case you intend to stay there post-graduation.
E.g. while schools such as WHU, Mannheim, ESMT and St. Gallen are all well regarded in MBB companies in Germany, most of those companies would require a potential applicant to be proficient in German.
