Alright, I´ll try to give my two cents mostly concerning Europe as I just do not really know B-Schools in Asia aside from Insead, CEIBS and NTU.

Concerning Europe, the typical names that would pop into my mind when it comes to B-Schools for consulting would be Judge, LBS, and of course Instead.
However, there is also a range of schools with more manageable GMAT scores such as ESADE, Bocconi, Mannheim and St. Gallen.

In general, you should also consider the opportunities in the respective country in case you intend to stay there post-graduation.
E.g. while schools such as WHU, Mannheim, ESMT and St. Gallen are all well regarded in MBB companies in Germany, most of those companies would require a potential applicant to be proficient in German.
