Thanks for the insights! From what I’ve gathered, for breaking into IB in London, LSE MSc Finance, LBS MFA, and Oxford MSc FE are generally the strongest in terms of direct London placement and on-campus recruiting, mainly because of their UK location, brand, and alumni network in the City. Imperial is also solid but a slight step below in IB outcomes.
Bocconi (2 years) and HEC (MiF) are excellent for continental Europe and can get you to London too, but it’s harder without the UK work visa advantage. The extra year at Bocconi helps for summer internships, but it may not outweigh the UK visa + networking benefits of studying in London.
As a non-EU candidate, being in the UK for the graduate visa and off-cycle recruiting gives you a clear edge. So if London IB is the target, I’d lean toward LSE / LBS / Oxford, then Imperial — and only pick Bocconi or HEC if you prefer their structure or want broader EU options
Hope it helps !
