Yes, the GMAT Preptests are the most accurate predictor of your GMAT score. After these, the next best practice tests in my opinion are the Manhattan GMAT practice tests.

Hi, Rudy,
You ask about the best practice tests to take. At GMAX, we have found the scores of GMAT Prep are often closest to those of the real test, but the Manhattan Review, the 800Score, and the Cat-Prep are also excellent. Because of our students' success with these tests, we have just begun to provide the Manhattan GMAT tests to our full-course GMAX Online students, giving them a whopping 14 practice tests: 6 Manhattan GMAT, 5 800Score, and 3 Crack-GMAT as part of the package. (The math or verbal students still receive the 800Score and Crack-GMAT tests.)
Note: Before you begin to take the practice computer-adaptive tests, it is very worthwhile to complete your GMAT preparation. Otherwise, you may waste the tests because you are not yet ready for them. Here is a system that may help you when you are ready to begin working with the CATs:
Take the first test as a timed test. Record your results. Then go back and finish the questions you did not have enough time to finish and redo the questions you answered incorrectly to be sure you have not made any careless mistakes. Then analyze the results to see which types of questions you must review or even learn from scratch. Study these sections intensively and then take the second test. Repeat the process - time the test; review the wrong answers for careless mistakes; review your weak areas; take the 3rd test. Do this for the first 4 tests you take. Afterwards, you should be ready to begin working on your timing. It may take 4 more tests to learn how to time yourself properly. After these first 8 tests, you should be ready to begin practicing for the exam under full exam conditions.
Good luck on your test.

Nothing can beat GMATPrep tests. One can attempt the 2 tests may be 3-4 times, though there would be couple of repeated questions during 3rd or 4th attempt.
