Anyone else having trouble with the Verbal practice questions on Wiley?

Hello, TheyHaveMySon. (Movie reference?) Yes, I am having the same trouble with my RC questions, or rather the passages. (See below.) CR shows up fine, but without my hard copy of the OG, I would have nothing more than a blank screen half to stare at. This is awful, but I am hardly surprised. I had just redeemed a code from my OG in July, everything worked well on the site for a week or two, and then... nothing. I would log in, and there would be no products listed for me to click on anymore, no access to anything. I wrote Wiley, but I never got a response. The other day I logged in out of curiosity, and, miracle of miracles, my OGs and supplemental guides were all there.
I guess we should just cross our fingers and hope that someone waves a magic wand. All I can think of that is different between today and the last time I logged in, probably two days ago, is that I downloaded a newer OS for my Mac. Anyway, I hope the issue gets resolved soon.
Good luck with your studies. Perhaps you will just have to practice questions for the time being from the paper copy of the OG (if you have it) or find the passages in this forum and continue to use the Wiley site to answer questions (if you like that timer).
