You should do some research on the rankings/career outcomes as well. According to that LBS trumps over the others but definitely its upto you.
But in my opinion it depends on which country you want to settle in.
If it’s DACH/UK I Would say-
LBS
OXFORD
ST GALLEN
LSE
WHU/FSFM
BOCCONI

You are certainly overcomplicating this, especially with regards to "placement in the DACH region". You already have a Bachelors degree from one of the best Universities in Europe with a great GPA. I don't know what sort of internships you did but that alone gives you already a good shot at most top level management consulting firms in the German speaking region. I think a lot of people here don't really have a clue how the job market in the DACH region works when they set up rankings like "LBS trumps over others ...". These are all just "hygiene factors" or boxes to tick off (good school, check) ... you already have that with Bocconi. What counts way more now is the rest of the profile and especially your internships. A 1Y LBS Master won't help you at all if you have no internships. This is very different to the Anglo-Saxon area where internships are not so extremely common in undergrad and people join top firms based on their school name.

Whether you do your Master at LSE or St. Gallen makes, in my opinion, for the German speaking region absolutely no difference besides working in Zurich. If you want to work in Zurich I think I don't have to tell you that a program of a Swiss School sponsored by Credit Suisse is most likely your best choice. Banking and consulting in Germany hire way less based on the name of the schools but more based on what kind of internships and rest of profile you have (grades, EC, anything special). MBB in Germany you will see a lot of people from just "normal" state Universities that have great grades (also down to the Abitur), experience living abroad and the right internships.

IB is something totally different. In Frankfurt the school name counts even less. What they look at is if you already have Corporate Finance and IBD internships. You have people there from University of Applied Sciences that will outrank somoene from Oxford with no previous internships.

So don't make this so difficult. If you want to work in London you should go to an English school. If money is an issue you should come to St. Gallen. With a bachelor from Bocconi and Master in St. Gallen you probably can easily get Finance internships in London as well. For Germany, from an academic side of view, your profile is already above average anyway no matter where you will do your masters.
