Hope you had a stress-free night after a long time, I know I did. I'm sure all admitted folks have some important decisions to make in the coming months. I'm creating this thread to introduce ourselves and sort through all the queries one may have.
I had one this morning when I logged in to check my status on Booth website and the update did not have a deadline specified. After clicking through a few links, I found out that the deadline for accepting Booth's offer is Feb 14th, 2014.
UPDATE #1: A quick summary of the welcome email
1. The first non-refundable $2,000 tuition deposit is due on Friday, February 14, 2014. The second non-refundable $1,000 tuition deposit is due on Friday, May 16, 2014.
2. All incoming students are required to attend the first day of Orientation+ on Monday, September 8, 2014 and all mandatory sessions of Orientation+ through the first day of Autumn Quarter classes, September 25, 2014.
3. Please plan to attend one of our admitted student receptions in Chicago (January 9), New York (January 9), San Francisco (January 15), Boston (January 15), Los Angeles (January 16), or Washington DC (January 16.)
4. Admit Weekend is scheduled for Thursday, February 6 through Saturday, February 8, and begins with a welcome reception on the evening of February 6.
5. Please make arrangements to mail official, sealed transcripts from all universities, colleges, and/or graduate institutions attended to the Office of Admissions by Wednesday, June 4, 2014.
