The question states

Assume the curves shown in the graph continue the same general pattern beyond the plotted area. Select the most appropriate answer based on the information in the graph.

1. The most soluble color paste with water at the 70 °C is _____

2. The color paste which has a very steady effect of temperature on its solubility with water is _____

--------------------------
for the first question, we need to assume the lines for solubility of the paste continues beyond the shown limits in the same pattern (mentioned in the question statement - Assume the curves shown in the graph continue the same general pattern beyond the plotted area)

to find the paste which is most soluble, we must find the line which will give us more Solution per 100gm of water at 70C, from the plotted graph we can find the values for all except Red, Blue and Pink (they extend beyond the plotted area)
-Pink ends just before 70C (on x-axis) and its slope is increasing
-Blue ends at 60C but it's slope is decreasing
-For Red slope is constant and ends at more than 30C

from these points we can assume that Red will have the highest value of Solution per 100gm of water at 70C

--------------------------
for second question, we need to find the paste which has steady solubility per 100gm vs Temperature (y-axis vs x-axis, or slope must be stable), every paste other than Red and Yellow follows either an exponential or power function relation between x and y. Slope of Red is higher than Slope of Yellow, therefore we can assume Yellow has a more steady effect on solubility per 100gm

Can someone please explain the answers for both the questions.

Bright Star Incorporation is a company that makes stationery-related products. The company has a recent sale order of color markers. It has prepared the color paste, which will be mixed into the water to make color ink for the markers. The graph below shows how the solubility of different color pastes varies with temperature.

Assume the curves shown in the graph continue the same general pattern beyond the plotted area. Select the most appropriate answer based on the information in the graph.

1. The most soluble color paste with water at the 70 °C is .

2. The color paste which has a very steady effect of temperature on its solubility with water is .
