Hi alita02,

The 'acknowledgement' from GMAC that you are referring to is a relatively rare situation - and something that can sometimes happen when technical issues arise that aren't related to the actual Exam (such as a computer crash, the Testing Lab losing power or its internet connection, etc.). The GMAT is typically administered over 200,000+ times each year with no "hiccups", so a 'bug in the system' is not a reasonable explanation for why you might score lower on Test Day. There ARE legitimate reasons for that type of result can occur though - and if you scored considerably lower on your Official GMAT, then we would need to analyze your studies in more detail to define why your Official Score was lower than you expected it to be.

GMAT assassins aren't born, they're made,
Rich

The technical issue that you're mentioning is completely different than what my thread title says. 'Bug' and 'Technical issue' are totally different.

However, Thanks for replying.

All,
I am only expecting test takers to share their similar experiences, if any. One should refrain from responding if no such thing was experienced.
Thanks

Thanks for your reply. My experience is well explained in the thread title. However, there were no technical glitches/failure. It's just that my accuracy level is quite good. I know how was my attempt and how my score would be. And, in an objective exams, a good student, with strong fundamental, would know the accuracy level. I have taken tough competitive exams (including IIT and qualified).

We can chat if you seek further info. Yes, I have emailed GMAC. I am waiting for their response though.
