Perhaps the rankings aren't ranking the schools themselves. Rather, they are rating the quality of its graduates.
Just because you have the latest Super computer, it doesn't mean it is going to deliver "super" results if the user of the computer can not bring out the best of its abilities.
Therefore, perhaps we should debate this.
Maybe for these specialties, these school adcoms are best in identifying potential successful candidates for their schools. After all, some top MBA programs do enroll some questionable candidates.
