Use of will have been is correct since we are talking about an action continuing for 10 days. Option A has "their location" which does not agree in number. Therefore most suitable answer is E.

We use will have when we are looking ahead to a point in time in the future:
By the end of the decade, scientists will have discovered a cure for influenza.

Or looking back from the present:
Look at the time. The match will have started.

We use would have as the past tense form of will have:
I phoned at six o'clock as I knew he would have got home by then.

Or in conditionals to talk about something that did not happen:
If it had been a little warmer, we would have gone for a swim.

I marked E as the answer.

Reason: 'will/would have been' should be used because the tense to be used in this sentence should tell us that an activity started in the past, continuing in present and will continue to happen by some fixed point in future.

So, I was in a confusion between D and E. E stood out because of trial's location in option D.

Can someone please tell what should we understand by 'trial's location' and is this even a legal construction?
