I have not officially decided to apply but one of my fellow managers went to Michigan and has almost convinced me to apply. From everything I have read they have pretty decent placement in IB. toDoorNot... we will be busy all the time during the next 2 years, but that doesn't mean we should not find time to socialize I have heard that b-school is all about balance I still have not decided if I will go to an MTrek... but I think I would rather spend that time settling-in instead of traveling since I have realized all the things I need to do to move and organize my apartment half way around the world from home and if I were to go to an M-Trek I would have only 1 week to get everything organized ... also, I am not much of a nature/hiking/camping fan either so I don't know if the M-Treks are for me. Now.. if they offered a shopping trip to London I would be much more interested

Ok- here are my thoughts on this: From a pure layout point of view, both the apartments are almost the same, though PG is slightly more spacious. Costwise, PG is cheaper (~$850 for a 2BR vs $930). Also, the bus service from PG seems better- there is a direct bus, every 15 mins or so and the bus stop is right outside the complex. WG does have the shuttle and you can probably car pool anyways. PG is closer to I-94 and provides easy access for my wife as she might be commuting to DT Detroit. I am on the fence about living at WG because SOOO many students live there. I am not sure if I want to see my classmates ALL the time So...in short, dont know I am also looking at Pine Valley and might take a look at Lake Village. If we can get a 1BR at Lake Village for ~$900, we might stay there.

I'm still on the waitlist...though I'll probably withdraw next week since I'm in off the waitlist at Chicago. I love Ross, but I don't think I can wait for much longer....

I am sorry Ross didn't work out for you but I am sure you will have a great time in Chicago, and since the schools are close geographically you can still become friends with Rossies, are u comming to the Ross/Chicago gmatclub meeting on August 17th?

Congrats to all who were accepted. I just submitted my application for the PT program, I know, I am on the darkside. I went to AA during undergrad and I absolutely loved the campus. AA is the quintessential college town, the sporting events are incredible (hockey is #1), the caliber of the students is top notch, and the campus is beautiful. In addition, the town of Ann Arbor has so many fantastic restaurants that I was too college poor to afford during my undergrad. Good luck to all getting settled and I hope see you guys around the new Ross building.
