I have not officially decided to apply but one of my fellow managers went to Michigan and has almost convinced me to apply. From everything I have read they have pretty decent placement in IB. Nervous will be joining some M7 in the fall of 08. I am surprised she didnt go for HBS.

I think there is quite a bit of time left for the R1 decision. They shoud be able to interview until the end of December.

Both avi and river are waaaay too confident about nervous' abilities... my ross interview was bad. in fact, i called the interviewer by the wrong name throughout the phone conversation and found out about it only after asking an admissions person for his e-mail address in order to send a "thank you" note. I prefer not to talk about this fender-bender too much because i would sound incredibly winy if I did As far as M7 schools go, river, i am very concerned about my Ross chances and I haven't heard from Kellogg yet - those are the only 2 top 10 schools I applied to so far... Nervous, you should be fine. I haven't really heard of anyone having a stellar interview with Ross. I personally couldn't read my interviewer and I think some others felt the same way.

I thought I bombed my Kellogg interview. Then again I think its the natural reaction during this process to be your own worst critic.

God reading stories about some of these schools that send crap like that out is horrible. They should know that kids are going insane waiting for interview invites. Does Ross have rolling acceptances or do they release them all in one day.
