^i told the truth, which was i was only applying to 1 other school at the moment (YSOM). i gave a quick reason as to why i was applying there, and made sure that it related to the reason i was applying to CBS (as well as my post-mba goal). i didn't spend too much time on the question, and neither did my interviewer.

Best of luck getting of the waitlist. Did they invite you to interview? If so, when did the interview take place? I am trying to get a sense of how long they are taking to get back to people these days.

I interviewed 2/2 and my status didn't change to 'Interview Complete' until 2/9. I think the timing varies depending on when your interviewer submits the evaluation form, etc, etc, etc.........

took 14 days for my thing to go complete, which was a bit of a nightmare. i had to remind my interviewer lightly a couple times to complete the submission form but thankfully he got it in. now i'm just waiting, it's been 6 days since interview complete.

Well, never received an email update - but it appears my status has changed to "interview complete". Not a bad turnaround from a Friday afternoon interview (Thank you, interviewer!!). And now ... :shock: I'm going to try something a bit different and wait patiently to hear back.

*refreshes screen*

Nope, still nothing ... going to be a long week :wall

has anyone gotten ADMITTED after waiting more than 7 days for a response after they went "interview complete"?

i am getting nervous that longer wait time = rejected, but i'm not sure...

My application still says under review. I applied just minutes before the Round 2 deadline. I haven't heard anything since the submission. I recently had an alumni submit a letter of support for me to help bolster my candidacy.

Is Columbia a lost cause considering everyone else is getting an interview or at least ding notifications?

Hey guys,

I just found out I was accepted! The decision was rendered exactly 7 business days after my interview went complete in the system. I don't know what that tells anyone.

Does anyone who got in earlier this round or through Early Decision know when you get a packet in the mail? Is that when the possibility of fellowship information comes?
