Just let you know, it is not just international applicants, mine went under review Jan 26, and still no news. :(

Super late applied. But just a quick q for you guys who applied. Does CBS require a resume to be uploaded? I did not see the option to do so on the application website, and it is not stated on the admission info area. However, I just want to double check.

Goodluck to those waiting to hear back!

Yes, CBS requires a resume. I forget what section but should be easy to find.

But it doesn't say the date that your application went under review - did they send a status change email that day?

Speaking of updates, my interviewer just told me he submitted his feedback, but I haven't gotten any notification...

Your application is under review.

You should get an email. For example, I submitted on 1/6 and it says so on the application status website. And on 1/8, I received this email denoting the "under review" status change.

Quote:
Dear Mr. ______ _________,

Your application status has changed.

Please log into our website: https://app.applyyourself.com/AYApplica ... d=colftmba to check your application status.

Any Internantional applicant who applied in the beginning of January still waiting for interview?

Haven't seen much invites lately in this forum. Any speculation on why I haven't received a ding either? Do the odds of receiving an invite decline as time keeps passing by...

Really don't know what to think anymore...

activity seems to have stopped around 2/19...so MY theory (maybe just wishful thinking given my interview feedback was in shortly before then) is that they've slowed down to see what deposits they get on 3/4 (oh, that's today...) before continuing to extend offers / waitlist spots.

... i hope.

I also agree that CBS is waiting for the 3/4 (TODAY!) deadline for accepted students to gauge where it stands before admitting more students. CBS has a new admissions Dean and I assume she is changing things to improve the yield of accepted students. CBS has a yield of 72% compared to the 89% at Harvard. I assume the new Dean wants to increase the CBS yield into the high 70%'s. Yield is important for school rankings and has always been an issue for CBS with top candidates opting for H/W/S instead.

Lets say you had an Interview invite from H/W/S but got accepted from CBS early in the game and had the 03/04 deadline, some students may opt to pay the 1500 and enroll than take the risk over other schools which usually confirm acceptance later.

Good for CBS for flanking H/W/S, say hello to H/W/S/C!

Afinado, did you get a notice that your interview feedback was in? If so, how soon after your interview?

Yes, same here. SCBooth, did they invite you to try for the January Program also?

The 3/4 prediction came true, their yield must be good this year.
