Really bummed considering value investing is what got me interested in pursing an MBA a few years ago. The only real weakness I can see in my profile is a 3.15 gpa with an engineering degree from a state school (although it is from the school their dean went to for undergrad).

I thought I had a strong application, got invited to interview everywhere else... Might have helped if I submitted application earlier since it's rolling.. 
Hopefully you were accepted at another school, and if not, there is always next year
