I just called the adcom office and was told that i should hear a decision from them in the coming days. The person answered the phone telling me that the adcom has not rendered a decision yet but read my interview report. What’s the indication? Today is the exactly 31st day after my application has been complete. Is this going to be positive or negative? I know I can't do anything at this stage but I can’t stop thinking about it either. How many are you still on the same boat with me here? Thanks!

fyi: i heard from a good source that the program is basically full. if you've been waitlisted, you may want to pursue your firm offers -and keep your fingers crossed that something opens up. and if you're all about cbs, don't give up! it's not totally unheard of that a person has been admitted in august.

I'm in the same boat as you guys. Interviewed on 3/8 and its been about 13 weeks since my app went under review. I hope that reliable source isn't correct, but I'm sure the class has to be relatively full at this point.

Yeah, admissions just said that it could take longer than the 12 weeks to get a response since I interviewed. All will be forgiven if they accept me though.

yes. hopefully we'll see a lot of activity over the next week. Frankly a little frustrated with the way CBS handles their process but owells.

i know it's frustrating but not hearing may be better than getting waitlisted. at least you're still in the running while some of us have been put on the back burner... hey, you may be that special person cbs needs to balance out the class...if not, there's always next year!

Not sure how much the days after interview complete or weeks after under review matter at this point. Barring any extensions from the deposit deadline this past Friday, adcom has to have a very good idea of what next year's class will look like and how many admits they can still give out. If the yield from this most recent deadline was really good...maybe that number is pretty low and vice versa.

I have to think that if there were truly no spots left after Friday then everyone who hasn't heard anything since interview complete would just get dinged. Could just be wishful thinking on my part but like bschoolpanda's post today...maybe there are still final decisions being made? Either way I hope to see some action on this thread in the next few days.
