Just for some clarity, here's where I was coming from.
Historically calls have gone out over two days - in fact, I can't remember a year this wasn't the case. As such, its strange that the calls didn't begin on the 13th this year. Also, decisions have historically gone out at 9am on the decision date (WL or ding). I suppose its possible that this also changed this year, but I have no reason to think so.
Basically, the real question is just whether or not the decisions get released at 9am today or if that timing has changed this year.
