Congrats green and sunny !
What were your time lines? Submit, complete ?
I am kind of at the end of the rope now. Mentally preparing myself for the....hmmm.

I submitted my app on 12/28, went complete on 01/08 and it said complete until 10.05 this morning. Stay calm and patient... you will see a surprise too, just like me!

Got my interview invite today. Exactly @ 10.05 am. It gives me some ray of hope...
When did you go complete?

01/08. I think the process is completely random. I submitted in December.

The more and more of this thread I read, I really do think it's completely random. Here is one example of someone who was complete the DAY AFTER the deadline and got their invite 6 days before the notification date. So to relate this to the R2 timetable, that means you can go complete on January 6 and still get an invite on February 10.

I have a suspicion a number of people here may be hanging around this thread during the day. If you find yourself bored - join the chat at https://gmatclub.com/chat . There may not be a big group at all times, but I suspect you will overlap with other applicants soon enough. This applies from now until decision day.

Neat!

What do you guys think in terms of selecting the interviewers. Booth gives two options:

1. On-campus with student associates? (I am sure you do not interview with the admissions officers, correct?)
2. Off-campus with alumni.

I am debating which one to choose and if there is any advantage of going one way over the other.

There was a thread on this discussion but damn I can't find it now..

Any thoughts?

According to the adcom it doesn't make a difference one way or another whether you do on or offcampus. The interviewers all have the same set of critera for evaluation.

However, on-campus interviews are generally shorter, 30-45 minutes, while off-campus tends to be a little longer. This is purely a personal preference; in an off-campus you have more time to establish rapport but also more time to screw yourself up and say something stupid.

The only reason I chose on-campus was because I had not done a campus visit, so I coincided the interview with a chance to do a class visit to give me a little more ammo when they ask the "Why Booth" question.

Thanks wmcrockett! I am inclining towards an off-campus interview for multiple reasons:

I have completed Booth Live (full day event, class visit, lunch etc.)
I have attended two student hosted events as well
Travelling is too much expense ( I know its like a drop in the ocean!) and I just had my other two mandatory on-campus interviews so trying to avoid travel if possible.

It is!
I promised myself to ban GMATClub and all other related resourses after completing the application, but again and again find myself in this thread.

Any Indian R2 applicant got a reply from admissionsinterview committee on scheduling interviews in India?

Yes I did, yesterday.

Great! could you share if its going to be an alumni interview in India/telephonic/or with some adcom member in India?
