Done with my interview. The questions were: 1.Discuss your profile work & responsibilities, 2.How does a typical work day looks like for you 3. Why MBA , why now. 4. Why Tepper 5. Some leadership experience 6. Something that you will like to share from outside work. 8. What will be your biggest contribution to Tepper community. 9. What do you think you have to gain most out of Tepper community. 10. Any questions for me. Krystal seems to be a nice person with a very sweet voice and you should have no problems understanding her. (if you are planning for a telephonic interview). My interview lasted around 25 minutes. I asked Krystal about whats the next step and she said they will now review my application many times before coming out with a final decision. She also said that all decisions will be declared together and via email by 20th December. HTH, best of luck !

hmmm the contribution/gain on community seems to be something i need to look into since i didn't think too much about that but have some ideas prepared... What is the "share from outside work" question about? is it hobbies or what? thanks!

This question is intended to know more about your life outside of work. You can discuss some community service or any other extra curricular activities that you have participated in. I took this opportunity to discuss a teamwork exp i have from one of my extra curricular activities and what i learnt from that exp. Also add a question about your short term post MBA goals - and how do they fit in your reasons to do the MBA and long term objectives. I forgot to list this earlier.

Does anyone know when the school releases admit decision? I know that the official deadline for the 1st round is "by 20th Dec", but wondering whether they call the admitted much earlier than the deadline?

Dude I was there today, I bet we chatted! My interview was pretty standard, it went over an hour because we started chit chatting about other stuff. Either way no curveballs as far as questions....just the standard stuff.
