That's interesting you've both been outstanding that long. Are you both international applicants? Whenever I spoke with the admissions office they always emphasized their rolling admissions process. Have you tried following up directly or received notification of being placed on the waitlist?

yeah, I am an international applicant. i contacted them directly and followed up my application process. They just informed me that results for R1 will be out soon before Jan 15 when i contacted them yesterday. No info regarding waitlist.

The Wait is killing me too and on the top of it:

"Safari can’t open the page “https://www.simon.rochester.edu/programs/full-time-mba/admissions/check-your-admissions-status/index.aspx” because the server where this page is located isn’t responding."

Is there any problem in rochester area or they are uploading the results ??

yeah so do i, i am starting to feel really negative about rochester now.. I think they have contacted all the students they need to admit.. and unlike other universities they have not rejected or waitlisted any of the other candidates.. so they rest of us who have that generic message on our online application forms..

I'm pretty sure we are all either going to be waitlisted or rejected..

The generic "under review" status seems to be used by all ApplyYourself schools, before and after the final decision. I wouldn't lose sleep over it.

Before Admission is understandable ..how can your profile have the under review decision statusafter the final decision? :shock:

As far as I know that is the place where you check your final decision....@ the bottom of the page :shock:

exactly my point.. whats the advantage of applying in R1 ? R2 applicants are getting interview calls and i dont know where i stand with rochester.. Since i dont have a rejection, i can only extrapolate that my profile is being presently reviewed in comparison with the admitted class and i am on some sort of weird wait list..

Same here. Getting really frustrated about Simon now. But not a lot people get admitted as I see. Simon is the lowest ranking school I applied. I am kind of losing faith now.

May be that is why most people apply in R2.

NOw Simon adcom have all the applications of R1, R2 and R3 @ Hand. So they can see and compare all the applicants of all the rounds, Only R 4 deadline that is March 15th is left, Waiting Game :))

Well, regardless of the prolonged wait if you applied before the R1 deadline you only have to wait two more days.

It seems pretty clearly divided between intl and domestic applicants regarding who has received a prompt response, so its possible they received a much higher ratio of intl applicants this year.
