Just finished my interview and completely blew it. I was rambling and giving incoherent answers--probably a byproduct of 100 hour work weeks, lack of sleep and prep, and inability to manage my nerves. Exactly everything a top B-school doesn't want to see in their class. Here's to hoping that my paper app is strong enough to outweigh my piss poor interview. In any case, I thought I would share the experience.
1) Tell me about yourself--walk me through your resume
2) Tell us about a time when you led a team and nothing was working out your way--how did you handle it
3) At the end of your 2 years, what would your ideal Booth experience look like
4) What do you like to do outside of work-i.e for fun
5) Anything else I should know/ you want to tell me
6) Questions for me
Interviewed on Campus with second year student and it lasted about 35 minutes. Good luck to the rest of you.
I'm sure it was not nearly as bad as you thought it was. I thought I completely blew my Ross interview for similar reasons...giving rambling answers, and I gave an absolutely terrible answer for the "Why Ross MBA and why now?" - I gave a great answer in my essays, but what I immediately blurted out was "well it's close to my hometown of Chicago" Ugh! Couldn't believe myself that that was the first thing out of my mouth. I tried to cover it up by going into all the other stuff like their strong sustainability program and interest in Erb Institute, action based learning etc. But yeah, after thinking I totally blew it and scratching the school off my list, Ross ended up being my only R1 school to admit me!

and with a scholarship to boot. Anyway, there's nothing you can do about it now, but if you have any new info you can submit to the school to strengthen your app, I'd suggest submitting it. I ended up getting a much larger bonus than I thought I would about two weeks after submitting on Jan 4th. I emailed booth and within 24 hours they had added it into my app. So you might think about doing something like that to cover your bases! Best of luck!
I will be interviewing on Friday. Hopefully my nerves will keep it together.
