If they admit 600 in this round (estimate), and each call takes 10 min (5 min call, 5 min in-between calls), then a staff of 10 people can make 60 calls per hour, that is 10 hours total to end the process. Add an hour for lunch, which means we should expect calls up till 8 pm Chicago time. Seems too late? what do you guys think?
much less. the entire class size 550-590...I think they can call up to 250 people today

The class was 550 last year with a yield rate of 57%. That's about 1000 admits. There is no way only 25% all admits are round 2. It's more likely 50 to 60% given the size of round 2 and the fact that round 1 WL applicants are still in the mix. Round 3 acceptees are probably less than 50 total.
