Hi everyone. I was worried that I didn't get the interview invitation, so I logged into my account and there is a link there to schedule the interview. So, I asked to schedule an interview off campus. Since I am an international applicant, it said they will contact me with alum contact info in 24 hours.

Did this happen to anyone else?

Check your spam, that means you were invited to interview!

Check your spam, that means you were invited to interview!

I added their domain name to my spam filter, and I am getting their regular email ads. Plus I got their confirmation after I scheduled the interview. I just checked my junk email folder and there is nothing there.

Hey congratulations! I wish that was the case for me.....fingers crossed for next two days. It's extra painful for international applicants like us since we happen to live in the future 13+ hours ahead..... :)

Relax. You are invited. They will send you the alumni contact details today. Patience...

Lucky you checked the status rather than waiting for the email! Would have been terrible to miss the chance to interview just because of a missed email!

Thanks for the encouragement ! But with so many ppl having scored 740 and above cant seem to think any other way :(

Booth's average GMAT is between 710 and 720, meaning approximately half of the incoming class last year were below that and half above. I highly doubt that the score distribution has shifted up 40 points in one year, don't lose hope.

You have a point..However, what we don't know is the breakup of average GMAT scores by rounds...It might very well be likely that R1 has a higher avg. GMAT score than R2....Not saying this is the case, but could be likely...

Somehow seeing people report their interview invites here, I too feel that the avg. GMATClub GMAT score for Booth R1 seems to be 730+..

I am getting concerned now--I thought I put my best application for Booth (out of 3 schools) and was confident about getting an invite...I'm no longer have it. Hope for the best though. Good luck to those who yet to get an invite.

No. And am pretty sure about it..

On a side note, you still have two days for the invitation to come in..so chin up!! And I hope that's not the case, but in case you don't get an invite, I can guaran-damn-tee that your GMAT score is definitely not to blame!! 720 by any stretch of imagination is a very very respectable score...

Keep the faith & hope for the best!

I fully agree with this point. The difference between 720 and 740 is not big in the adcom's minds, like the difference between 680 and 700.
