Did she have any f/u questions or just cut right to the chase?

I intended to ask the person who called me a few questions regarding the application process, how many people they had admitted, etc.

But when I got the call I could hardly form a complete sentence. I was pretty speechless and overcome with joy. All I could say was thank you thank you thank you!

Yeah, I agree! They get to make phone calls that make peoples' days, weeks, months, lives!

It's like calling people to tell them they won the lottery...except these calls are much more personal as most people put their hearts and souls in their apps. (at least I did

)

Hi guys, Congrats on those who have been admitted and good luck with those who are still waiting.

I have been on Jterm's waitlist for over 40 days, heard nothing from CBS,

Does anyone know the chance of getting off the waitlist? how many candidates do they put on waitlist regarding Jterm?

Submitted on May 13th, interviewed on July 7th, was waitlisted beginning of September
more than 5 month waiting , this is killing me

I'm J-term applicant as well waiting to hear after interview, this is what I've heard, but take it with a grain of salt. It seems like they do take a significant number of Waitlisters, since a fair number from the previous threads were snatched off the waitlist, but to my knowledge the stats aren't disclosed. Unfortunately I think you're going to have to wait until they go through the schlubs like me who waited until the deadline to apply, and it seems like they still accept people for J-term until mid November. When I talked to admissions around a third of jterm applicants apply right around the deadline, so they're probably backlogged. Common sense dictates that they will wait to go through all of the apps before they go back to the waitlist, so I'm guessing you're probably going to have to wait until mid-November, and possibly early December to get a final decision. But that totally sucks to be held in Purgatory so long, I've been waiting for 2 1/2 days now and I'm already going insane!

Going by NoggieViking and mbaer2012's formulae, from tomorrow I am going to impatiently request a CALLLLLLLLL everyday on gmatclub. It seems to have worked for them

My stats: Re-App and 9/14 - Submitted, 9/15 - Under Review, 10/07 - Invited for interview, 10/18 - Interview, 10/19 - Complete.

Also for the ones worrying too much, I got my interview invite nearly 3 weeks after my submission. So dont lose hope yet, it can happen
