Maybe so. I can't believe my app hasn't gone complete yet. My interview was a week ago and my interviewer made it a point to tell me that she'd submit feedback 1-2 days later.

has anyone received an answer these days??

like someone said before, i get nervous every time my phone makes any noise...

what's the average number of days between an interview complete status and an answer (positive or negative) from the school? (for j-termers)

i received the "interview complete" mail last wed (24th) and no news since then

For those whose status has gone complete...

Once I schedule my interview using the CBS website and then attend that interview, there's nothing else I have to do, right? I'm under the impression that once the interviewer submits the feedback form my status will turn to complete.

I want to make sure I'm not forgetting a final step using the online system or something.

Starting to get worried as to why my status hasn't gone complete yet...

You interview it goes complete after they send in their report.. nothing outstanding on your end. I waited nearly a week for mine to go complete... no idea why. Other than that, I don't expect any fall 2012 ED's to get a response until next friday if last year was any indication (first mass wave went out on Friday the 9th)

Yes I've read the entire thread... the one thing that is painful is separating out J-Term vs ED fall term applicants from these threads... but if you reference the 9th of September, you'll see that's when most posted their "I got the call today!" posts. Outside one person LGB, it doesn't appear any fall ED applicants received feedback until then. Now of course, I'm hoping we get calls before the weekend with GOOD news, but I'm not expecting it. At this point, my thought process has been, no news is good news, indicating we didn't get dinged on the interview. We'll see how that holds true.

I've gone through the 2011 thread a couple of times as well. What I find more useful though, are the compiled stats of everyone on gmatclub who applied that year (first page, first post of the thread), when they received an interview, when it went complete, when they received a decision etc.

It's pretty cool because you can also see what the average waiting period is to receive an interview invite and get a decision after the interview is complete.

MDF, just for reference, there were a number of people last year who had to wait longer than a week for their status to change to "interview complete." I think it basically depends on when your interviewer submits his report. I wouldn't sweat it just yet if I were you. However, if it still doesn't change in another week, I would call the school. They will contact the interviewer and remind him to finish the report.
