I felt the same way. After I interviewed I heard nothing but crickets from them. And since I got offered the Consortium Fellowship to another school, I presume that means it's either a waitlist or ding for me...

anyone can get a non-cgsm scholarship. You have to apply through consortium to get the cgsm scholarship + you get consortium membership. That's about the only difference i know of.
