H Guys, anyone knows more about the MBA extension option? I see it allows you to take internship or research project; Does that mean you will also get a visa extension of 6 months if you take a research project?

Yes, You are right.
If you extend your course, you will get Visa extension. Most international students do this only.

To avn4ever, I did receive a Global Reach scholarship, but have no idea how many they've handed out already.

It has been announced by the school that the term for the full time MBA program next year starts on May 31st, 2021 and will end by Jun, 2022.
