Hey, My referee emailed them. They said that you have to print the recommendation on the Company letter head and upload it. Both are the same. Just write Refer to letter of Appraisal/reference in the General appraisal section. Posted from my mobile device

Have they given any feedback? sonyalalani mentioned, there were 3 verbal questions and 1 written, but you could practice as much as you wish before your official attempt. My 2 cents: be yourself, know why you need an MBA from UAlberta, and some of your valuable accomplishments. Also, please prepare some behavioral questions that might help. They do not offer any feedback, but if they like your video interview, you will receive 2nd interview.
