I submitted my application on 15th Jan. My application still says 'Under Review' with 3 out of 4 blocks highlighted yellow. Does it mean that something is pending from my end?

Hi....even for me it shows the same status. I had submitted my application on 19th Jan and completed references on 31st Jan. since last one week, its showing under review. I don't think any further action is required from our side as all things are submitted. From the forum replies, I can see, post complete submission, it normally takes 10-11 days for evaluating the initial application and deciding whether to invite for Kira interview. Let us know if you see any changes in your application status or any further updates.
