No, in fact, personal opinion, don’t follow it. The resume format Insead provides is based on after-graduating from Insead, highlighting how you did in INSEAD. Whereas if you put education or college, which you did 5-10years ago, as the first thing in your MBA application CV, it makes little sense to me. According to me, Resumes should be in reverse chronological order, i.e. latest first. Your current role shouldn’t be at the bottom or in the middle of the resume. It should be highlighted. Completely personal opinion.

I just want to build on what
Ggandhi already said. You don't need to use INSEAD's CV template. In reality, the template is meant to be used by current students so that INSEAD can put together a CV Book that they share with companies.
This is the reason the template has Education first. Since, in resumes, you put Education first when you're currently studying. If you're not currently studying, then Experience comes first.
I hope this clarifies a bit.
