personally I've been hesitating for years to get an MBA .. then came COVID19, recovery from COVID19, Ukraine&Russia war, etc .. I was waiting the good moment to do an MBA but then I spoke to bunch of people who did MBA in the past years and it actually cleared my mind that there's never a good moment to do an MBA .. uncertainty is the normal in the past years you cannot have the idea to do an MBA and ride the high tide because you never know what will be the landscape upon your graduation. On the other hand, normally MBA lasts one year or two sometimes it's actually a safe harbor during a recession (but you'll have to adjust to expectation for job research) ..
Personally, I've been struggling in the past years, I started to have the idea to do an MBA at the age of 29 and now I'm 32 .. I work in corporate banking and I don't want to work in banking anymore so it's a "no" for me to stay I'd rather cut again the deck of cards and see where it leads to .. you know .. like I quoted in my essays from Steve Jobs .. you can only connect dots looking backward, you have to trust they'll connect in the future, you have to trust something - your guts, karma, life, destiny, whatever
