goualard, I interviewed using the video format last year, and here are the questions I was asked along with the preparation and response times:

There are some themes to note: there's one question each about diversity, collaboration, and leadership, one why MBA/Haas question, and one "what else" kind of a question.
- Tell us about your experiences with diversity. (Preparation time 1 minute, response time 3 minutes)
- Why MBA and why Haas? (Preparation time 45 seconds, response time 90 seconds).
- Tell me about a time when you worked in a team where people had strong opinions and how did you overcome that. (Preparation time 45 seconds, response time 90 seconds)
- Tell me about a time when you forged trust and collaboration with the people you were working with. How did it make you feel and what did you learn?(Preparation time 45 seconds, response time 90 seconds)
- Is there anything else you'd like to tell us that we haven't covered today. (Preparation time 45 seconds, response time 90 seconds)
